Orders & Shipping

How long will it take to receive my order?

Every 6F Mindset product is made to order — printed and produced specifically for you after you place your order. Here's the full timeline:

  • Production time: 2–7 business days
  • Shipping time: 3–5 business days
  • Total estimated delivery: 5–12 business days from order date

You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. All domestic orders over $75 ship free. Orders under $75 are subject to a flat shipping rate calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Where do you ship?

We currently ship to addresses within the United States only, including Alaska and Hawaii. International shipping is coming in the future — contact us if you'd like to be notified when it becomes available.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive an automated email with your tracking number. Use that number on the USPS or UPS website to monitor your delivery. If you haven't received a tracking email within 10 business days of ordering, contact us and we'll look into it.

I entered the wrong shipping address. What do I do?

Contact us immediately at support@6fmindset.com. If your order hasn't entered production yet, we may be able to update the address in time. Once an order is in production or has shipped, we're unable to redirect it, so please double-check your address before completing checkout.

My package shows delivered but I haven't received it. What now?

Check with neighbors and your local post office first — carrier scans sometimes show delivery before the package physically arrives. If it's still missing after 2 business days, contact us and we'll work with the carrier to resolve it.


Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

We accept returns and replacements for damaged items, defective printing, wrong items received, or items that don't match the measurements in our Size Guide. Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order with your order number and photos of the issue. For full details see our Returns & Exchanges page.

Can I return something because I changed my mind?

Because every product is made to order specifically for you, we're unable to accept returns for change of mind or buyer's remorse. We encourage you to review our Size Guide carefully before ordering to make sure you get the right fit.

Can I exchange for a different size?

Yes. Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and we'll walk you through the exchange process. Items must be unworn and unwashed.

How long does a refund take?

Once approved, refunds are issued within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 3–5 business days to appear on your statement.


Products & Sizing

How do I find my size?

Visit our Size Guide for full garment measurements on all tees and hoodies. We recommend measuring a garment you already own that fits well and comparing it to our charts. If you're between sizes, athletes with broader builds should size up.

Will my item shrink after washing?

Our garments are made from pre-shrunk cotton blend fabric, so minimal shrinkage is expected with normal care. To preserve the print quality and garment integrity, we recommend washing inside out in cold water and tumble drying on low.

Are your products only for athletes?

The 6F framework — Focus, Form, Footwork, Flow, Finish, Fast — applies to anyone who competes against themselves and shows up when nobody's watching. If that's you, you're exactly who this brand is for. Sport is just the context.

What does 6F stand for?

Account & Orders

Do I need an account to place an order?

No. You can check out as a guest without creating an account. However, creating an account lets you track orders, view order history, and check out faster in the future.

Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?

Contact us immediately at support@6fmindset.com. Because products go into production quickly, we can't guarantee changes or cancellations, but if the order hasn't entered production we'll do our best to accommodate you.

I haven't received my order confirmation email. What should I do?

Check your spam or junk folder first — confirmation emails occasionally end up there. If it's not there either, contact us with the name and email address used at checkout and we'll look up your order.
