Our Story

It Started on a Basketball Court

I didn't build 6F Mindset in a boardroom. I built it on the sideline of a club basketball court, watching my son play.

He was young. The game was moving fast around him — faster than he could process. I could see it in his body language. The hesitation. The frustration. The way the noise in his head was louder than anything happening on the court.

So I gave him something to hold onto.

Six words. Six principles. One framework that could slow the game down no matter what sport, no matter what situation he found himself in.

Focus. Form. Footwork. Flow. Finish. Fast.

I told him: if you stay true to these, you can navigate anything. And the thing about those six elements — they don't just work in basketball. They build on each other. They work in the weight room at 5am when nobody else is there. They work in Jiu Jitsu when you're getting choked out and you have to think clearly. They work in life.

That's when I knew this was bigger than a halftime pep talk.

Who I Am

I played football growing up. Gave everything I had to it. The level I reached was high school — but the mindset I built along the way never left.

I still get up early. I still train. Gym sessions before the world wakes up. Jiu Jitsu when I can get on the mat. Muay Thai when life allows. I'm not training for a trophy or a contract. I'm training because I believe the work you put in when nobody's watching is the work that defines who you are.

My kids are watching though.

That's the thing nobody tells you about becoming a parent — you don't just want to be fit. You want to be an example. Every early morning, every session, every rep is a message I'm sending without saying a word: this is what it looks like to show up for yourself.

One young, one teenager. Two kids who are going to face moments in sports and in life where the game moves too fast and the noise gets too loud. The 6F framework is my answer to that. It's what I'll keep giving them, the same way I gave it to my son on that basketball court.

What 6F Mindset Is

This brand is not for everyone.

It's not for people who want to look like they work hard. It's for people who actually do — the ones in the gym at hours that don't make sense, the ones watching film when their teammates are asleep, the ones who understand that the only real competition is the person they were yesterday.

Me vs. Me.

The 6F framework is the backbone of everything we make:

Focus — Lock in. Eliminate the noise. The game slows down when your mind is clear.

Form — Technique over instinct. What you repeat becomes what you are.

Footwork — The foundation nobody notices until it's missing. Position creates opportunity.

Flow — The state you reach when the first three are dialed in. Not forced. Earned.

Finish — Most people quit in the last 10%. Don't be most people.

Fast — Speed is a skill. Train it like one.

Every product we make lives inside this framework. Every design carries a message that means something. Nothing is generic. Nothing is here to fill space.

Built for the Work Nobody Sees

6F Mindset exists for the athlete who doesn't need an audience.

The one who shows up because that's just what they do. Who competes against themselves first. Who gives their kids something to watch — not highlights, but habits.

If that sounds like you, you're in the right place.

Welcome to 6F Mindset.
