How Our Orders Work
6F Mindset products are made to order. That means every item is printed and produced specifically for you after you place your order — no warehouse full of pre-made stock, just quality gear built on demand.
This is intentional. It means less waste, more consistency, and products that are fresh every time.
Production Time
Before your order ships, it goes through a production window where your item is printed, quality checked, and prepared for fulfillment.
Standard production time: 2–7 business days
Production time is separate from shipping time. Your tracking number will be sent once production is complete and your order has been handed off to the carrier.
Production times may be slightly longer during high-volume periods such as holidays, product launches, or peak seasons. We'll communicate any significant delays via email.
Shipping Time
Once your order leaves our fulfillment partner, standard domestic shipping typically takes:
3–5 business days
Combining production and shipping, most orders arrive within 5–12 business days from the date of purchase.
We ship via USPS and UPS depending on your location and order size. A tracking number will be emailed to you automatically once your order ships.
Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on all domestic orders over $75.
Orders under $75 are subject to a flat shipping rate calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
Pro tip: Adding a second item almost always gets you to free shipping — and saves you money overall.
Domestic Shipping Only
At this time, 6F Mindset ships to addresses within the United States only, including Alaska and Hawaii.
We are working on expanding to international shipping in the future. If you're outside the US and want to be notified when international shipping becomes available, reach out to us here and we'll add you to the list.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships you will receive an automated email with your tracking number. You can use that number directly on the USPS or UPS website to monitor your delivery status.
If you haven't received a tracking email within 10 business days of your order, please contact us and we'll look into it right away.
Wrong Address
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. Because our products are made to order, we are unable to redirect packages once they have shipped.
If you notice an address error after placing your order, contact us immediately — if the order hasn't entered production yet we may be able to update it in time.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your tracking shows your package has been delivered but you haven't received it, please check with neighbors and your local post office first. Carrier scans can sometimes show delivery before the package physically arrives.
If your package appears genuinely lost, contact us and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue. We take care of our customers.
