Returns & Exchanges

Our Promise

We stand behind every product we make. If something arrives damaged, defective, or isn't what you ordered, we will make it right — no runaround, no hassle.

Because 6F Mindset products are made to order specifically for you, our return policy is designed to be fair to both sides. Here's exactly how it works.


What We Accept Returns For

We accept returns and will provide a full replacement or refund for the following:

  • Damaged items — Product arrived visibly damaged or broken
  • Defective printing — Significant print quality issues, fading, cracking, or misalignment
  • Wrong item received — You received a different product, size, or color than what you ordered
  • Sizing issues — The item does not match the measurements listed in our Size Guide

For sizing issues, we strongly recommend reviewing our Size Guide before ordering. If the size guide measurements match what you received, we are unable to accept a return based on personal fit preference.


What We Cannot Accept Returns For

  • Change of mind or buyer's remorse
  • Incorrect size ordered when the size guide was available
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
  • Items returned without prior authorization

How to Start a Return

Do not send items back without contacting us first. Here's the process:

  1. Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order via our Contact page
  2. Include your order number and a clear description of the issue
  3. Attach photos of the item showing the damage or defect — this speeds up the resolution significantly
  4. We will respond within 1–2 business days with next steps

Once approved, we will either send a replacement at no charge or issue a full refund to your original payment method — your choice.


Exchanges

If you need a different size, we can process an exchange for the same design in a different size, subject to availability. Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and we'll walk you through the exchange process.

Exchanges are subject to the same conditions as returns — the item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.


Refund Timeline

Once your return or replacement is approved:

  • Replacements are processed within 3–5 business days and follow standard production and shipping timelines
  • Refunds are issued within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 3–5 business days to appear on your statement
